Interesting point. Aren't many concert halls across this country located in the most congested parts of their cities where underground parking garages collect car fumes, buses throw out diesel exhaust, and tall buildings trap this stuff in a higher concentrations?

Here in Memphis, we just tore down a (perfectly good, and recently fixed up) concert hall in one of the highest crime and air-polluted areas of town and are busy (ineptly, over a period of years, rather than months) building a junky sheet-rock new one right back in the SAME spot...

...btw, What happened to all of those beautiful two-year-old seats (thousands of them) and that two-year-old super-DUPER-deluxe hardwood Wenger shell from the old hall???
