I am trying to put together program notes for an upcoming recital and was wondering if anyone knew of a good source of information concerning tuba solos. For example, I have been to a few of the Vaughn Williams homepages and they give much in the way of biographical info, but only a paragraph on the tuba concerto. Stuff on the Haddad Suite for tuba is also tough to come by.
Any websites would be great and books are fine also (I am not afraid of the library).
