I would say that is something you need to discuss amoungst yourselves. I would think if I purchased the music it is mine. Unless you decide to start a kitty to prchase the music but then if the group ever disbands who gets what? Unless you actually set up a business and incorporate. Then the business owns the music, but it is hardly worth doing that just for a group for fun. I could see the rst of the members buying a chart from a member if he/she decides to leave the group.
