A thread has begun on the issue of copying music. Our quintet has literally thousands invested in music over the years, and boast a huge library. However, there are more than a few groups out here who have mostly (if not all) copies obtained from schools and such. The Copying of music has become almost the prefered way to build a library, or at best it is'nt frowned upon. Question: How do you feel about copying music (be honest now)? Do you own all you have or are there more copies than originals in your book? We all know that composers and arrangers hope to profit from their efforts, but do we put our $ where our mouths are?
