Thanks for you alls responses to my "How long do you all practice" question. I was trying to get some idea of the practice time neccessary for me.
The other question is what happens if you practice too long? That is practice like 24-7 (This is just a random number I practice from 1 to 2 hours a day). Could there be any health problems involved? What other consequences are involved?
