A few months ago, I purchased a new Mirafone S-186 CC from Brasswind. The rotary valves were lightning fast. After about one month I got the bright idea to put some valve oil on the rotors by putting drops down the tuning slides. I used Allyson (sp)? valve oil. Within one week, the rotors started slowing down and have gotten progressively more sluggish. What's going on here? What should I do now? I don't know how to disassemble rotary valves by the way.
