I'd say all of them! I do some of each every day. I focus on some more than others based on my goals/strengths (as mary ann suggested), but i make sure that i hit all of those areas (even for only 5-10 mins). If i did a lot of playing the day before (chops are tired or sore) you can bet i will start with tons of long tones.

Each person has their own strengths and weaknesses- tailor your practice routine around them and make your weaknesses stronger.
