Welcome back! A little over a year ago, I came back after decades away, and am having a great time. When I decided to come back, the first thing I did was to post on this BBS looking for a teacher (in my case, in the greater Boston MA area). As a result, I found a great teacher. He also helped me take the step of buying a tuba and has been helpful in recommending ensembles for me to play in. This is the path I recommend.
