Hey Keith, I may have a couple of different mouthpieces that would fit your tuba. The first couple dozen pieces I made have a slightly undersized shank, and I've got a few left. Drop me a line if you're interested.
Dennis Wick mouthpieces will probably work, (not the "L" models) and of course Doug Elliott has shanks that will work as well.
After exhausting those resources, however, I'd have to agree that it makes a lot of sense to replace at least the receiver, and maybe the lead pipe too. This will open up a world of mouthpiece options.
