I play a PT 20, rotary valve, and just lately I've noticed that the 4th and 3rd rotors are getting a bit noisy.
It seems not to be the actual valve mechanism that's making the noises, as if I just tap the rotors i still get the clanky sound.
Is this normal deterioration for a new instrument?
Why is it the thrid and fourth valves, when I'd be using the first and second valves more often?
What should I do to get rid of the noise?
