Hello,
My teacher emphasizes playing musically through the Bordogni/Rochut books. Alot of the etudes in those 3 books are very beautiful, and melodic interpretation of these etudes can be extremely varied. I have never played the same etude the same way, ever. BUT for the real fun stuff, you can't go wrong with the Top Tones for the Trumpeter by Walter Smith.
