You could try the fingering you are using for 3-ledger line G below the staff. This would quite likely be 2345, and you could try 1234, but I would assume the latter to be sharp again. If you have easy access to your first valve slide with your left hand, that would be a good option to do a little bit of pulling there on the D. A lot of tubas need some adjustment on the first valve slide on some note or other.
