It's published by Boosey & Hawkes, has not got a piano reduction, full size score and orchestral (including solo tuba) parts are on hire, the only thing you can buy is a miniature score. A bit useless if they want anyone to perform it, if you ask me. It was premiered by one of the London 'big guys', can't remember off the top of my head who it was though. I wouldn't mind hearing it, but I don't think the premiere was recorded, and I haven't yet heard of any other performances of it.
