Would you be able to spare a copy? I have been wanting to get hold of one so I can use it in a thesis I am doing. This wasn't out yet when I was studying with Jake back in the mid 60's and a "published reference is more acceptable than my own "recollections" for the thesis. Please e-mail if you could help out.
