Geez, Dominic, be careful! You are about to put your foot in mouth again. How can you tell who's falling back? Also, what makes a band program sucessful? Big group? Trophys? Maybe you judge smaller bands as poor, but they are doing all they can. I've seen some small groups play very hard music. Don't be so quick to judge, lest you be judged yourself.
