A friend of mine purchased a horn with no problem. most of the business was conducted by fax in english I believe. he did have a german speaking friend handy in case there was any question during phone conversations. Ultimately he flew to germany to play test the horn. He had two to choose from...I've not heard of anyone having more than 3 lately.
