Has anyone out there bought a Nirschl tuba direct from Walter Nirschl (or possibly through Floyd Cooley). . . Does Mr. Nirschl speak English? Is it overly difficult to get a horn from overseas? I know his phone number is on Floyd Cooley's website. . . Any thoughts or experiences would be helpful
