I know that everyone of you would be amazed as I was if you knew where Warren Deck took some of his breathes. He sustains notes and phrases longer and his breaths are less appearant than any of the tubists who use circular breathing. The study of his playing is the most valuable tool any tuba player has. Do not discount this resource he has given us.
