This boiled down would hint that 3hrs/day is the starting place for real advancement, which I agree with. Anything less than 3hrs/day and nothing really improves. Anything less than 2 hours for several days time and atrophy begins. At around 4.5hrs/day+ or so, more rapid development happens. The pace must be maintained over the course of several months though to really reap the rewards. Keep the pace up for 5 years and auditions may become more fruitful assuming that the time was spent wisely.
