I know this is going to sound obvious, but have you completely cleaned the valves and valve casings? It's possible that there is grit in the casing whivh is causing the valve to stick and when you pulled the valve out, you spread the grit throughout the casing. Also, perhaps try a different valve oil. I used to use Al Cass and had a lot of problems with the valves of my Willson sticking. When I switched to Zaja Blue, no more sticking.
