You've got a BEAUTIFUL name. Is that spelled T-O-M or T-H-O-M?...T-O-M? Wow! I've always LOVED that name as if it was my own! (snicker-snort)

I would bet that the #1 top cap was STUCK before you removed that #1 piston. You FINALLY got the cap unstuck and in doing so, you swedged the top of the valve casing down narrower than it was originally machined.

NOW, when you try to reinsert the piston, it drags badly going past that shrunken area at the very top of the casing.

DID I HIT THIS ONE SQUARE ON THE NOSE OR WHAT?! [sidekick/brother: "wwowwwww, am I impressssed!"]

Tom, its time for a visit to the repair shop. Come-on, help out the poor repair guy. He's got another boat payment comin' right up!
