I understand it's rare to have women brass players, but I realized this with America is that they have to reconfirm their pride so much that they have to have some sort of separate duplication of either an organization or a conference. Now unless these international conferences are sexist and keep women out of things. But I didn't notice that with ITEC cuz they had three or four female lower brass players there that I remember of. If it's really that bad, then why don't we have both a Men's Brass Conference and a Women's Brass Conference so we can totally segregate ourselves so we will deprive ourselves even more from other talented musicians of the opposite sex from each other.
