There is not too much to add to Christian Klein's follow-up as far as the idea behind the model is concerned.

However, let me just confirm that the instruments have the same bottom bow and 1st branch, even if those look a little different on the 2 photos.

On technical details, the only addition would be that the 5th valve (left hand index finger) is a long wholestep and the 6th is a long halftone (left hand midle finger) - usually, it is the other way with a Melton model 46 or model 46S.

The halftone trigger on the 46SLP (and also on the 45SLP) is operated with the left hand thumb.
