Um, nothing personal, but what kind of drugs are you doing?

1) The 641 is cheaper. Last time I looked the 641 was $1,000 more than an S line Mirafone and about the same price as a regular version.

2) Thin metal. Are you kidding, have you seen one of these things? The last thing I would say is that the metal is thin. It is thicker than most instruments on the market.

3) People hate playing them. Last time I looked at my 1099's I made a huge chunk of change last year playing one. And everyone who I sat next too, other tuba's, bass bones, double basses commented on how nice the horn played. I LOVE THEM. I have owned many tuba's CC and BBb that don't touch this horn. Many by the same manufacturers that people drool over on this BBS. Are they bad horns, NO,just didn't work for me.

Blanket statements are not always safe. Reactions such as mine should be expected.
