Hello everyone!
I was talking yesterday with a friend of mine about
training/pre-professional orchestras such as the Chicago Civic Orchestra,
New World Symphony and others. It got me to wondering, what other groups
like these exist? How often do they have openings/auditions? Where are
they located, etc.? I know of one in Berlin operated under the Berlin
Philharmonic that another friend of mine played with. Anyone know anything
else about these groups?
