My secondary voice professor is a certified teacher of the Alexander technique. She's never heard of AJ and I was wondering if there were extreme differences in the 2 because of that. I always figured they were similar, but to be honest, I don't know much about the Alex. technique and I don't really feel like reading the whole website on it(linked from windsongpress.com). Could somebody please fill me in on the similarities and differences of these 2 teachings? Thanks in advance.
