Who really cares how other people view tuba players? Let them think whatever they want, but don't make their percieved views a reason to add censorship to this board. This is an area where we ARE allowed to speak freely, as ridiculous as some of the stuff may be. Everyone is entitled to their say. I think the problem is everyone getting hot over a topic and posting stuff like this!
If Doug Yeo thinks that all tuba players have the characteristics of every bad comment on this board (and I don't think he does) then he can go ahead and think that. I'm not going to lose sleep of it! If you're looking for a place that doesn't allow certain material because you may think it unworthy of post, then perhaps you should consider starting a bulletin board.
I am capable of making my own judgements about what postings are worth reading and what aren't. Shouldn't that be the decision of all readers?
