there is nothing I own that has "no Dents, No Scratches, and No Dings". But, I can tell you when I practice using my HB21 the case lays beside my chair. You begin to change habits when you pay 12000.00 for a horn. I take the horn from the case to my lap and back to my case. Very rarely do I sit that horn on it's bell. When I get ready to sell it, it will be in almost mint condition. I do the same with my 621 F. Maybe not as careful with "belt buckle" scratches, but still that horn has no dents after 2 years. My wonderful 1960's miraphone has takin' a beating. I've had it since my second year in college. The horn now needs a 2000.00 overhaul. I learned my lesson. Its all about developing "safe" habits with your horn.
