I've run into some problems putting together an audition tape I'm working on. I'm trying to transfer the recordings from a digital hard disk recorder to a DAT tapedeck, but the DAT tapedeck is stuck on a different sampling frequency than I did the recording at, meaning that when I transfer it to the DAT player, it is about a half step higher and a bit faster. It's not the end of the world as I can easily start over and record the stuff at the new frequency, but if anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate the help. The DAT player is oblivious to the knob that is supposed to control this setting, so that hasn't worked. I'm no tech whiz myself; this stuff belongs to my dad and he couldn't figure out what was wrong either. Any help would be appreciated.
