Hey Joe, I don't know you, and you don't know me. It was my hope not to discourage a bunch of guys in college now, practicing their butts off, one of whom could be the person we all talk about in five years. I totally think you are entitled to discourage anybody that you want to discourage, however, I remember how much information like audition lists meant to me when I was studying, and what comments like your's meant to me when I was studying. I've certainly seen the politics of the music buisness, and wouldn't like to tell tales to protect the living, it was just that your post reminded me of that "shakey jake" post awhile back. If someone is home waiting for their audition list to come, then my hat is off to that person for living their dream. And, my hat is off to you for having an opinion and a name attached to it.
