BBb and CC are contrabass and F and Eb are bass. The double BBb differentiates the contrabass instrument from Bb tenor (piccolo) and C tenor instruments, or euphoniums. I guess if you really wanted to use standard octave indication, the contrabass instruments would be called Bb1 and C1, and euphoniums would be Bb2, but I guess that's just unecessary, isn't it?
