What exactly is the difference between a bass tuba and a contrabass tuba? Is contrabass reserved for the lower-pitched instruments (BBb and CC)?
Similary, why are two B's and two C's used for these tubas (BBb and CC), whereas one E and one F are used for these tubas (Eb and F)?
