I recently read an ariticle that left a few questions about C tuba's (I have also heard them called French tuba's) My understanding is that they are like a euphonium but a whole step higher. Is this the only differance between a euphonium and a C tuba? Do they use the same mouthpiece? If so how come these have not become more popular (please not ment to sper a C vs Bb feude agian :))
Also who makes C tuba's, I never seen one, I have not been able to find a company that produces them. I was also wondering some pieces that were wtiten for a C tuba.
