I believe Dillon Music sells Tilz mouthpieces. You may want to contact Matt Walters at Dillon to see if he can sell you a new M-1. As far as Perantucci goes the PT-36 is the equivalent of the old Perantucci # 1. However, I am not sure if the Perantucci #1 equates to a Tilz M-1. This being said, I think the surest bet would be to obtain another Tilz M-1. Good luck on your search.
