All of those "possibly-noticable" issues aside,
1/ How important is it to you to have a very in-tune very low E without 4th slide manipulation?
2/ How important is it to you to have an in-tune/non-false-tone low Eb?
3/ How important is it to you to have a playable non-false-tone very low C and B natural?

These questions could be shifted to neighbor pitches, depending on the ways that various players set their slides, and on the intonation characteristics of various models of BBb tubas.
