Ray, you really touched on the heart of the matter: what are our rights, as customers or as merchants?

A customer:
Has a right to EXPECT (note that I didn't say "get") any thing he wants to expect, whether it's reasonable or not.

Has a right to take my business to whatever vendor comes closest to meeting his expectations.

A vendor:
Has a right to meet or not meet the expectations of any current, former or prospective customer.

It's all about expectations. If no one meets my expectations, I'll have to choose the guy who comes closest. If one guy out there DOES meet them, the rest of the vendors in the world have lost me as a customer.

Joe Baker, who understands that both customers and vendors must act in their own self-interest.
