This is EXACTLY what I posted some weeks ago about having finally started to get a decent low C on my F. I used the same embouchure technique as I used on my CC for the low G...and presto all of a sudden I had a low C on the F. If I used the same technique on the C on the F that I used for the C on the CC, not nearly as good results, because the CC would play the C with just about any old technique. Of course I have put that in the cooker for improving my technique on the CC.
