I bid on one of their "alto" trombones. When it arrived, the box was labeled alto trombone. You guessed it----inside was a TENOR trombone. It took me a month of phone calls, complaints, letters, etc., to persuade them to refund my money.
Actually, the tenor trombone they sent me sounded pretty good even though the workmanship was very poor.
