The instruments are, in all likelihood, Chinese (as in mainland). The Taiwan manufactured instruments tend to be sold to major manufacturers (Yamaha flutes, Pearl flutes, Buffet student saxes, Antigua saxes, and others). The only major maker of any reputation who manufactures on Chinese soil is Jupiter and the horns say Jupiter on them.
If you simply want something cheap to fool around with, then this is the way to go. Otherwise, stay far, far away... my opinion
