The tuba shown is of the Weltklang (Worldsound) breand which was the second line from the B&S factory. It has S link rotaries. The bell seems to be of the same specs as B&S BBb, but the wrap is different and the branches possibly of a less generous bore.
The Musica brand is not closely related to B&S, if there is any connection at all. The link points to an older posting rightfully in Steyer in Austria. It does not give the full story, which also involves "Conn International" at some point.

PS: "Musica" hardly can be registered as an exclusive brand, as the term is wideky used in older German song texts. Hence there might be more independent providers.
