Tubing length

Help please. Some time ago I created a spread sheet to calculate tubing lengths for different pitches. I found equations to calculate these but don't remember where. Needless to say my calculations are off. I am using ((331.5 + (0.6 * Degrees Celcius)) * Inces Per Meter) / Cycles Per Second. Inches per meter is 39.3696. Where am I wrong, or where can I find the correct equation again.
