Nope. Bach mothballed the tooling and is now buying stencil tubas from Yamaha. I like the sound of the Olds, too. Some folks - when these were still made (back in California prior to 1980) - used to buy this bell and put it on a Miraphone 184 to give the Miraphone a fatter sound.
