Tuba practice mute?

I currently live in an apartment and am looking for a practice mute that would quiet the horn a fair amount while not being too stuffy. My horn is a Boosey & Hawkes Regent (upright horn, straight-up bell) with a 15-inch bell.

Any suggestions?
