I am looking for more musically interesting tuba/euphonium practice materials. I am primarily a tuba player, but am in the process of expanding my upper range, so euphonium materials are O.K. too.
I have been enjoying the use of the Rochut books (mostly #1), many of the pieces are very rewarding, musically. I have also been using Kopprasch (some of which are satisfying). While Arban's is the "Bible", some of the material in the book is pretty dull, musically.
My question is this: What materials have you used (in college...etc.) that were challenging, while being musically satisfying?
Thanks,
