If you have problem with your students did you ever think that it could be your fault not their's. Your students come from different backgrounds and theyhave different ideas about music. So it is up to you to teach the trade of this type of work. Another thing if you give your students low grades they will not want them to go to their classes with you. Another thing how do you show that your student did or does good? Do you say it, do compliment him or her, or do you say nothing and make your student feel like they have done or learned anything.
