Most of the beginning methods, such as Rubank, only list BBb (and if an older method, Eb) fingerings. Sure, you can sight transpose, but who wants to. Possibly the best beginning book with CC fingerings in it is Bill Bell's old "Foundations to Tuba and Sousaphone Playing." The book dates to the 30's, but is still in print (Carl Fischer) for about $15. It starts easy, but moves to a fairly sophisticated level, with an excellent treatment of double- and triple-tounging and ornamentation.
