Folks, I am a 50 year old horn player who has been "messing" with tuba for a couple of weeks. I seem to do ok on it, and I want to buy one. I'm particularly looking for a 3/4 size 5 or 6 valve F tuba, because I am small and I want it *only* for quintet or other small ensemble work. I already play horn in a big band, and do not see myself ever playing tuba in a big band. If anyone knows of one, please post a response. Thanks.
