Where am I gonna find a "professional repair tech" in NE Oregon? It's really not going to happen, I'll just hope that it's not doing anyharm to my horn (other than the way it looks)...oh, and the spots arn't under the lacquer. But I really wish I knew what it was because it's EVERYWHERE! There are spots that are about a 1/4 of an inch below the bell, and I noticed the other day that there are a whole bunch of tiny spots around my valves and such. Oh my poor tuba, she seems to be coming down with something...
