I have just started trying to work with Smart Score program again. It takes some learning
to edit what the program does not translate after scanning. I'm giving it a few more "sessions" before I make a finale judgement. The easy may: find a hungry college student that is a wiz on Finale and pay a "per page" rate for transpositions. Most solos = 2 pages, comes to about $10. Takes maybe an hour. It's best to have several things in mind so you can offer 3 to 5 hours of work. Having your own personal copyist is wonderful.
