No entirely true. The C below the bass clef staff which the piano holds just before the cadenza in the first movement or the RVW Concerto is at 15 cents flat and is a real problem. It is best to have the piano's lower half tuned with an electronic tuning meter so that it is not stretched below middle C. Also 5 cents is at the outer limit of good intonation!
